Happy New Year! I’m kinda sad I’m not doing this on facebook anymore, because I feel like less people will read it haha, but I need to keep reminding myself this is for me. This is for me, haha. Today was pretty much the longest day of my life. I had some friends over last night and we all got up SUUUPER early. I got up at 4:30 and we left the house at 5:15 to drop Katie off. Lauren and I headed north for Dallas. We stopped in Waco and I got TONS of coffee (since I literally got less than an hour and 15minutes sleep), but pretty much went straight to Dallas for the Tech vs. Northwestern game. It was a very good game, and in the end Tech won. Wreck ‘Em! It was really fun! Afterward, we spent some time hanging out with Lauren’s bf at the hotel and eventually we went our separate ways. I drove to Waco and decided to stay at the ole apartment, because I was uber tired. I spent the evening with friends. It was lovely, but I completely forgot to take pictures in Waco. The WHOLE day was great, so there was no “best” part, but I am extremely grateful for good friends. I hope you had a fantastic day, too!
